How long is the program?
The initial phase and commitment lasts for 3 months. After that we go month to month to get you to your ultimate goal.
How much time will this take?
Everyone who works with us is very busy, and the program is designed around that. Some of the habits will take a minute or less. Some will take longer, but we’ll work with you to ensure that your time is spent where you need it, and where it will be most effective.
